During the day, Billy Byrnes main bar is a big, bright, welcoming space where you can eat breakfast and lunch, check your e-mail, or just meet friends and linger over coffee. At night, the bar fills up with a mixture of locals and visitors, hipsters and sports stars, and to all of them, we serve a wide selection of craft beers and spirits from Kilkenny and further afield. Out the back, there’s a dedicated live music room, and a funky beer garden furnished with rescued sofas and home-made tables, like a beach bar in the middle of the city!
